MasterChef

In Master Chef the focus is on cookery techniques and food selection. Students will learn practical skills when preparing a variety of different foods. They will also gain an understanding of baking principals when investigating, devising and creating a muffin as part of the muffin master chef bake off. 

Areas of study: 

  • Food preparation and presentation skills 
  • Basic understanding of nutritional standards in Australia 
  • Making wise decisions about selection and preparation of various foods
